We provide honest advice and a quote before any work is completed, putting you in the drivers seat.

Richfield Plumbing & Heating has two departments in our company to handle all your needs.

Service Department:

Serves homeowners, landlords, commercial/residential property managers to handle any type of repair, replacement or maintenance in plumbing, gas or heating.

Construction Department:

Serves builders, contractors and homeowners in renovations, custom new homes and commercial

It’s funny when we hear “that job is too small/big for you” because we can handle it all and we are very helpful so even if you require something outside of plumbing and heating, we’ll help you find what you need!

Once you contact us, we will assist you in finding a day and time that works best with your schedule. On the day of your service an experienced, background checked technician will arrive on time in a fully stocked “warehouse on wheels”, they will complete a complimentary mechanical home inspection and will assess the issue and provide you with options on making the needed repairs. Upon your approval, they will complete the repairs, clean up afterwards and document what was completed with pictures and notes. Our technicians are equipped to take payment and provide financing onsite. This is all followed up with our industry leading guarantees!

Richfield Plumbing & Heating strives for transparency for our customers. Therefore, each visit has a standard $89 service fee which covers our travel and overhead costs and we use a StraightForward Pricing program. As such, our technician will be able to give you an all included price for the service, including parts and labour before we begin the project. This is great for comparing “should I repair or replace” scenario and avoids any surprises to you.

Richfield Plumbing & Heating has partnered with Financeit to offer you an affordable monthly payment option for your purchase. Financeit is very easy to see approval and has many financing options available. We currently offer NO payments & NO interest for 3 months. Find out more here

In it’s simplicity, we want to be as helpful as possible to the customer while we are at their house and provide as much value as possible. As a business that provides mobile service all across the Edmonton region, the most costly part of our operation is driving to and from someone’s home and setting up each job. It’s much more efficient staying at one job longer which means we can save the customer money by doing more than just one item. And think about it, it just isn’t effective to pay for a trained professional to only look at items an untrained homeowner told us to do. By educating, asking questions and doing an investigation we are doing what we should be doing. Shouldn’t all professionals be doing that?

All our technicians are respectful, polite and friendly. That’s a given but not guaranteed in this world. We work with them too and life is too short to have coworkers not share our core beliefs.

All our technicians are highly trained and experienced. Surprisingly this isn’t guaranteed in our industry either. We not only hire journeyman plumbers and gasfitters but those that are good at troubleshooting. We also train weekly and encourage and support additional learning annually

Lifetime warranty on our workmanship. Basically, if we installed something wrong from the beginning like not glue a pipe or installed something against code, we’ll fix it at no cost because that’s the right thing to do.

1-year warranty on supplied parts and up to 2 year warranty for club members.

Manufacturer warranty assistance. Whether you used a builder or had us install a faucet in an older house, we have your plumbing information on file. We work with all the major manufacturers and make sure they help out when you need them most.

For the convenience of our customers we accept Credit Card, E-transfer, cheque, cash or financing. Cookies and muffins are accepted in a case by case basis ;-)
